Due to the continuing company growth, it was possible to increase the number of apprenticeship so that year in and year out young professionals can be trained to become a sought-after specialist. An important role plays also the future-oriented continuing and further education which is supported by the company.
On average approx. 40 apprentices finish their training at Mipa and will be hired subsequently as a qualified employee. The aim of a consistent training policy is an employment on a permanent basis after a successful training. As an apprenticing company and employer, which is very attached to its region, MIPA SE thereby gains in importance and attractiveness.
