In October 2018, MIPA Polska Sp.z.o.o. has been founded. The new distribution subsidiary takes over the business of the long-standing Mipa importer Pro West and rents its business premises in Bydgoszcz.
As from 1 December 2018, the paint manufacturer MIPA SE, based in Essenbach/ Germany takes over the business of the insolvent Landshuter Lackfabrik Eduard Leiss GmbH.
