Seminar target

The aim of the seminar is to introduce non-specialist employees in sales or other non-technical areas to the field of car repair and to make them aware of the particularities of this segment.

Seminars start daily at 9 am. The start can be adapted to the wishes and arrival time of the participants.
The training ends after a factory tour and a final discussion at around 4:30 pm on the second day.

Registration

The reservation can only be made by registered Mipa customers having a customer number. Please contact your trade partner.

As MIPA wants to offer all customers the best possible training, this is not a binding registration, but an enquiry. MIPA will then contact you to discuss a suitable training course and will do its very best to accommodate your requests for dates and times. Once your registration has been confirmed by MIPA, it is binding.
