20 new apprentices are starting their careers at MIPA
MIPA will welcome a total of 20 new apprentices at the start of the 2026 training programme. At MIPA SE’s head office in Essenbach, 16 apprentices will begin their careers across a total of ten different training programmes. A further four apprentices will start at Mipa Direkt GmbH in two different apprenticeship programmes.
To kick things off, the new trainees can look forward to a varied programme which, alongside an initial insight into the company, focuses above all on getting to know one another. Following a welcome and an introduction to the Mipa Group, the trainees will gain a first impression of the various divisions during guided tours and get to know their future training departments. The practical side of the world of paint and varnish is not neglected either: in a creative workshop, the new apprentices can try out graffiti and airbrush techniques for themselves. Among other things, they will design a car door and creatively customise their own T-shirts. This gives the new recruits a hands-on insight into the world of paints and varnishes right from the start.
The first day of training is followed by a three-day onboarding event designed to ease the transition into this new phase of life. As well as getting to know one another personally and taking part in various team-building activities, the programme covers important basics for starting out in a career. These include, amongst other things, health and safety, data protection, the company structure, and the rights and responsibilities during the apprenticeship. Through its comprehensive induction programme, MIPA aims to provide young professionals with guidance right from the start, whilst also encouraging them to interact with one another. The training of young professionals has been a top priority for the company for many years.
