The code of conduct is binding for every Mipa employee. The concentration on these values binds the employees of the Mipa Group beyond all country borders.
Our objective is to ensure that Mipa employees worldwide feel obligated to carry out ethical business practices, fair behaviour, conserving the environment and the unlimited compliance to legislation.

It is just as important to us that our business partners and suppliers, like the entire Mipa Group, are committed to ecologically and socially responsible corporate management. Consistent adherence to values such as reliability, to moral standards and to the principle of legality and legitimacy is of central importance to us.
This is and remains a prerequisite for our future cooperation with partners and suppliers of the Mipa Group.
Correct and compliant behaviour has the highest priority for the Mipa Group. In order to meet this requirement, it is important to learn about potential misconduct so that we can take the necessary steps and corrective measures. We have therefore created the possibility to submit information to an external and independent body. We would also like to encourage you to give your name when making a report. Of course, anonymity will also be guaranteed between the independent compliance office and MIPA SE.
