Our energy-efficient coating systems for agricultural and construction machinery are designed for maximum durability and economical process management. Short process times and low energy consumption enable a sustainable reduction in coating costs while maintaining consistently high quality.

The systems meet a wide range of requirements: chemical resistance, corrosion protection, UV and weather resistance, and high scratch and impact resistance. This makes them ideal for industrial use under demanding conditions.

Depending on the component geometry and surface area, the coating systems can be applied flexibly, efficiently on large surfaces using Airmix technology, and precisely on small surfaces using flow cup application.

2K zinc phosphate epoxy primer for steel, zinced substrates, aluminium, GRP and mineral substrates. Suitable as priming coat even for both underwater and chemical protective coatings and as intermediate coating for EP zinc dust primers.

Mipa PU 100-20 2K-PU-Acrylgrund

High-quality 2K polyurethane acrylic primer with active protection against corrosion and excellent adhesion to steel, zinced substrates and aluminium. Recoatable with 1K and 2K paints. This product can be used as adhesion promoter, primer and filler and can also be applied wet on wet.

With only 10% tint addition, an even higher colour accuracy can be achieved for white and pastel shades.
